Former Southeast Lauderdale standout Damion Willis signs with Bengals

Former Southeast Lauderdale standout Damion Willis signed a free agent deal with the Cincinnati Bengals following the completion of the NFL draft Saturday.

Willis played wide receiver for the Tigers and for East Mississippi Community College following his high school career before transferring to Troy as a junior. In 2017, he caught 56 passes for 876 yards and 10 touchdowns, and in 2018, he had 42 receptions for 620 yards and three touchdowns.

Troy announced Willis’ signing on its official football Twitter page Saturday.
