Reva Doris Oden Brown

    Services for Reva Doris Oden Brown will be held Wednesday at 4 p.m. at Stephens Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. John Sweeney officiating. Burial will follow in Meridian Memorial Park.  

    Mrs. Brown, 98, of Meridian, passed away Friday, Sept. 4, 2015, at James T. Champion Nursing Home. She was a retired secretary/accountant for R.C. Bottling Co. and former owner operator of Courthouse Drug Store.  

    Survivors include a grandson and great-grandson, Erick Lashley and Xander Lashley of Little Rock; brother, Arthur Oden of Georgia; and sister, Lucy Moore Henry of North Carolina.  

    She was preceded in death by her husband Warren Brown; daughter, Debbie Lashley; and siblings, Thad Oden, Clyde Oden, Betty Jean Lindsey, Lorena McGrew, Clara Johnson, Birdie Holloway and Jimmie Lee Mercer.  

    Visitation will be on the day of services, from 2-4 p.m., at the funeral home.
