Brook Ashley Bolen

    Services for Brook Ashley Bolen will be held Tuesday at 1 p.m. at the Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel, with the Revs. Ryan Moore and Earl Wheatley officiating.   Burial will be in Causeyville Baptist Church Cemetery.

    Mrs. Bolen, 28, of Meridian, died Saturday, September 25, 2010, at Riley Hospital. She attended Hebron Baptist Church and Causeyville Baptist Church. She was a house wife and a homemaker.

    Survivors include her husband, Steve Bolen, of Meridian; her children, Dylan Bolen, Dalton Bolen and Dustin Bolen, all of Meridian; her parents, Sharon Boes and Barry Boes, of Lauderdale; her three brothers, Barry Boes Jr. and his wife, Shelia, of Austin, Texas, Dr. Bret Boes and his wife, Dawn, of Meridian and Ben Boes of Meridian; and a number of nieces and nephews.

    The family requests memorials be made to Causeyville Baptist Church.

    Pallbearers will be Brandon Leftwich, John Booker, David Pritchett and Russell Phillips.

    Visitation will be held Monday from 5 p.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
