• Karl David Coates, 26, and Charllotte Christine Guthrie, 22

• David Blake Fuller, 26, and Kelly Le’Shae McGowin, 23

• Wadie Hill Abraham Jr., 73, and Helen Kean Blanks, 69

• Cedric Andreas Bradley, 24, and Angela Roshonda Gathright, 26

Applicants seeking a marriage license must first obtain a blood test and file for the license within 30 days of the blood test. Applicants also must produce a form of identification, parental consent if under age 21 and $22 before a marriage license will be issued. Licenses issued in Mississippi can only be used in Mississippi.
