    UNION – Services for Luther Rudolph “Doc” Skinner were held Monday, July 20, 2015, at 11 a.m. at Milling Funeral Home, with burial in Golden Grove Cemetery. Bro. David Jay officiated. Visitation was from 9:30-11 a.m. Monday, at the funeral home. Mr. Skinner, 87, of Union, died July 18, 2015.
