Disgruntled veteran



I am writing to you as my husband is not able to write now and he wanted me to write this for him.

I just wanted to let the people of Meridian to know what the veterans organizations do for veterans of Meridian. As I have been on oxygen three years and none of them have visited me nor picked up the phone to phone me to ask how I am.

They get on TV and say or tell about what they do for the vets and also tell about their golf tournaments.

I have also called the politicians in Meridian to get me some help and they won’t help me. I have also tried to get help from the VA in Jackson and they won’t help me pay my $10,000 hospital or doctor bills.
