Anne Elizabeth Smith and Nevin James Anderson Jr., both of Atlanta, were married on Saturday, Oct. 13, 2007, at Sibley Horticultural Center in Callaway Gardens, Pine Mountain, Ga., with the Rev. Miriam Seyler, aunt of the bride, performing the ceremony.

Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. H. Kenneth Smith Jr. of Meridian and Mr. and Mrs. Nevin James Anderson Sr., of Georgetown, Texas.

Grandparents of the bride are Mr. and Mrs. Jubal E. Moss of Moss and Harold K. Smith Sr. of Brookhaven and the late Mr. Smith.

Grandparents of the bridegroom are Mr. and Mrs. Tom L. Hutchison of Austin, Texas, and the late Mr. Hutchison and the late Mr. and Mrs. Wendell Anderson.

Music for the ceremony was provided by The Gouvas String Trio of Atlanta and Bert Groover of Atlanta, vocalist.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a strapless gown of ivory taffeta, which fell into a natural dropped waistline highlighted by Alencon lace, seed pearls and crystals. The full skirt featured French bustle tucks.

Matron of honor was Shelley Crooms of Hammond, La. Other attendants were Kristy Brooks of Dallas, Ga., Kristen Bishop of Cartersville, Ga., Lauren Howard of Adairsville, Ga., and Erica Welch, of Cumming, Ga.

Gigi Smith of Mobile, Ala., served as flower girl.

Best man was Todd Anderson of The Woodlands, Texas. Groomsmen and ushers were Grant Yawn of Silver Springs, Md., Kevin Hutchison of Austin, Luke Potts of College Station, Texas, and William Long of Belton, Texas.

Russell Smith of Mobile was ringbearer.

Other attendants were Scott Brown, Jeremy Liardon, Tim Smith and Lisa Anderson.

A reception was held in the gardens of the Sibley Center.

On the evening prior to the wedding, a rehearsal dinner was held in the Longleaf Ballroom in the Lodge at Callaway Gardens.

After a honeymoon in Jamaica, the couple resides Atlanta.
