Fant, Kinard

Mr. and Mrs. Joe Fant of Holly Springs announce the engagement of their daughter, Mollie Jo to Billy Mack Kinard, son of Janet Goforth of Collinsville and Greg Kinard of Meridian.

The wedding will be Saturday, Dec. 16, 2006, at 5:30 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Holly Springs.

Miss Fant is the granddaughter of the late Mrs. John W. Taylor Sr. and the late Sol C. Cox and Mrs. W.R. Fant Sr. of Holly Springs and the late Mr. Fant.

The bride-elect is a graduate of Marshall Academy and received a bachelor’s degree in horticulture with an emphasis in retail floristry management from Mississippi State University.

While at MSU, she was a member of the rodeo team, the Block and Bridle Club, and was a dean’s list scholar.

Miss Fant is employed by the Van Group Gift Company as their Mississippi Territory Sales Manager.

Mr. Kinard is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Connie Mack Smith of Collinsville and Billy Kinard of Meridian and the late Beatrice Kinard.

The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of West Lauderdale High School in Collinsville and received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of West Alabama.

While attending UWA, he was a member of the rodeo team, a College National Finals Rodeo qualifier and a dean’s list scholar.

Mr. Kinard is employed by C-Cross Trucking as a load coordinator and safety director.

After a honeymoon to St. Lucia, the couple will reside in Shubuta.
