Prison guard accused of drug possession

A prison guard is accused of possessing drugs at East Mississippi Correctional Facility.

Tanisha Hall, 29, was arrested for having methamphetamine and marijuana inside the prison, Lauderdale County Sheriffs Department Chief Deputy Ward Calhoun said. Hall has been charged with two counts of bringing a controlled substance within a correctional facility, Ward said. 

She has been released on bond, Calhoun said.
