The Lauderdale County Circuit Clerk’s Office issued the following marriage licenses the last week:



• James Robert Gamel, 72, and Elois Ruth Henley, 59

• Terry Owen Hunt, 39, and Leah Suzanne Leavy, 39

• Lester Christopher Hardy, 27, and Mary Janella Smith, 27

• Jerome Williams, 34,and Wanda Michelle Landrum, 35



Applicants seeking a marriage license must first obtain a blood test and file for the license within 30 days of the blood test. Applicants also must produce a form of identification, parental consent if under age 21 and $22 before a marriage license will be issued. Licenses issued in Mississippi can only be used in Mississippi.
