• Aggravated assault – Lee Tommie Amerson, born in 1980, 8095 Lauderdale/Toomsuba Road, Meridian.

• DUI/second offense – Marquita McCoy, born in 1983, 2427 47th Ave., Meridian. McCoy is also charged with possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle.

• Disorderly conduct – Bradford Caldwell, born in 1990, homeless.

• Domestic violence – Santarrio Lyons, born in 1989, 8808 Hwy. 493, Bailey.

• DUI/first other – Sherry Creekmore, born in 1973, 2305 D St., Meridian.

• DUI – Judy Roberts, born in 1964, 299 Ledgerock Rd. Hot Springs, Ark.

• Domestic violence – Gary Cummings, born in 1992, 3403 47th St., Meridian.

• Shoplifting – James Barnett, born in 1991, 2427 4th Ave., Meridian.

• Malicious mischief/two counts – Andrael Bridges, born in 1983, 102 B St., Meridian. Bridges is also charged disturbance of a business, trespassing, disorderly conduct.

• Shoplifting – Jeffery Sims, born in 1979, 3107 8th St., Meridian.

• Shoplifting – Steven Hicks, born in 1979, 271 Indian Trail Road, Indian Springs.

• Indecent exposure – Vandairrick Spears, born in 1996, 2432 Crabapple Drive, Meridian. Spears is also charged with public profanity, disorderly conduct.

• Possession of marijuana – Lee Amerson, born in 1980, 8095 Lauderdale/Toomsuba Road, Toomsuba.

• Shoplifting – Shanbeka Wiggins, born in 1986, 18 Pleasant Church Road, DeKalb.

• Shoplifting – Ryan Fox, born in 1991, 1718 Old Marion Road, Meridian.

• Interfering with a police officer – Joshua W. Hauser, born in 1972, 239 Lavioseir St., Gretna, La. Hauser is also charged with disorderly conduct.

• DUI/third offense – Stephen Cummings, born in 1973, 3002 Grandview Ave., Meridian.

• DUI – Corey Friend, born in 1987, 4533 Dr. Brock Rd., Meridian. Friend is also charged with possession of marijuana.

• DUI/first offense – Shamika Thomas, born in 1997, 1561 47th Ave., Meridian.

• Embezzlement – Zibrandon McNeil, born in 1998, 5406 1st St., Meridian.

• DUI/first offense – Charles Webb, born in 1983, 2421 33rd Ave., Meridian.

• Simple assault/threat – Ricky Edwards, born in 1975, 1425 MLK Drive, Meridian.

• Indecent exposure – William E. Alexander, born in 1992, 450 Threatt Road, Collinsville.

• Disturbance of a business – Timothy Davis, born in 1992, homeless. Davis is also charged with trespassing.

• Shoplifting – Christopher Price, born in 1992, homeless. Price is also charged with trespassing.

• Shoplifting – Cynthia Thames, born in 1986, 107 71st Place, Apt. 60, Meridian.

• Possession of paraphernalia – Fredrick W. Waters, born in 1962, 2327 Whitaker, Meridian.

The Meridian Police Department reported the following incidents from Friday to Monday:

Stolen vehicles

• 1900 block of Hwy. 19N at 6:24 a.m.

Residential burglary

• 2200 block of 42nd Ave. at 10:43 p.m.

• 3300 block of 26th St. at 5:38 p.m.

• Meridian Police responded to 5 shots fired calls but when officers arrived on scene there was not any evidence found to support the calls.

Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department

The Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests from 8:44 a.m. Friday and 8:43 a.m. Monday.

• Aggravated assault – Lee Tommie Amerson, 37, 8095 Lauderdale/Toomsuba Road, Meridian.

• Domestic violence – Joseph Covington Bass, 29, 4029 Windsor Road, Meridian.

• Failure to appear/six counts – Rashaun Demetrius Bester, 26, 5433 Hwy. 513, Stonewall.

• Driving under the influence/first offense – Anthony D. Boggan, 47, 3128 15th Ave., Meridian. Boggan is also charged with careless driving, improper equipment, no driver’s license, no liability insurance.

• No driver’s license – Melvin D. Burton, 28, 9735 Hillview Drive, Meridian. Burton is also charged with no license tag.

• Possession of cocaine – Eric L. Coats, 40, 3536 Bluffport Road, Livingston, Ala.

• DUI/first offense – Fredrick Coats, 21, 182 McAboy Rd., Cuba, Ala. Coats is also charged with expired tag, no driver’s license, no liability insurance.

• Petit larceny – Jonathan Seth Conner, 30, 380 Jeffery Acres Road, Meridian.

• Possession of crystal meth/any SCHD 1 or 2 Drug – Sherry Lynn Creekmore, 44, 1008 65th Ave. Lot 4, Meridian.

• Possession of cocaine with intent to distribute – Reginald B. Dixon, 50, 1001 34th Ave., Meridian. Dixon is also charged with probation violation/parole.

• Felony malicious mischief/vandalism – Corey Joseph Friend, 30, 5556 Omitted Road, Meridian.

• Possession of marijuana, vehicle – Miranda Ann Gibson, 23, 3013 Willow Drive, Meridian.

• Failure to yield to blue light/siren – Richard Lewis Jr., 2301 35th Ave., Meridian. Lewis is also charged with improper license tag display.

• No driver’s license – Orlando M. Presswood, 24, 817 42nd Place, Meridian.

• Possession of marijuana with intent to distribute – Jerry DJuan Williams, 19, 3725 40th Ave., Meridian. Williams is also charged with no driver’s license, no liability insurance, delivery of controlled substance, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, felon in possession of a firearm, accessory after the fact.
