Meridian Police Department
The Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests between 6 a.m. Friday and 6 a.m. Monday:
• Shoplifting – David Holder, born in 1988, homeless.
• Shoplifting – Jason Crocker, born in 1978, 7309 Hwy. 489, Conehatta.
• Indecent exposure – Domanetrius Camper, born in 2000, 2012 22nd Ave., Meridian. Camper is also charged with disorderly conduct.
• Shoplifting – Shannon Graham, born in 1986, 3405 Indian Spring Road, Laurel. Graham is also charged with trespassing.
• Driving under the influence/other – Lucas Wiley, born in 1993, 200 23rd St., Meridian.
• Simple assault – Jevonte Elaire, born in 1992, 1417 47th Ave., Meridian.
• Possession of paraphernalia – Demetric Watson, born in 1987, 2704 Valley Road, Lot 134, Meridian. Watson is also charged with possession of controlled substance, possession of marijuana, simple assault.
• Petit larceny – Justin Cullors, born in 1988, 3213 25th St., Meridian.
• Shoplifting – Jadarrious Lewis, born in 1998, 1801 24th St. Apt. 52, Meridian.
• Simple assault – Reginald Amerson, born in 1971, 2210 26th Ave., Meridian. Amerson is also charged with petit larceny.
• DUI/other – Myles Bradley, born in 1997, 4712 Hooper St., Meridian. Bradley is also charged with possession of marijuana.
• Trespassing – Jarrod Boykin, born in 1982, 9864 Pleasant Hill, Gilberton, Ala.
• Shoplifting – Jatyler Bester, born in 2000, 107 71st Place, Meridian.
• DUI/first – Jonathan Bolen, born in 1993, 319 Rubush Ave., Meridian.
• Disorderly conduct – Santarrio Lyons, born in 1984, 8808 Hwy. 493, Bailey. Lyons is also charged with public drunk.
• Domestic violence – Darren Tubbs, born in 1973, 1309 17th St., Meridian.
• DUI/first offense – Jason Hagwood, born in 1989, 1472 Long Creek Road, Meridian.
• Simple assault – Leshauntae Moore, born in 1991, 2408 51st Ave., Meridian.
• Public drunk – Tina Ramirez, born in 1987, 519 B St. Apt. D, Meridian.
• Trespassing – Jamilian Benamon, born in 1990, 6565 Hwy. 21N, Preston. Benamon is also charged with defrauding of inn keeper/two counts, trespassing.
• Carrying concealed weapon – Colbi Sheffield, born in 1997, 1329 Providence Road, Chunky.
• Possession of controlled substance – Samone Silliman, born in 1989, 1685 CR 615, Quitman.

• 151-mile marker of Interstate 20 at 4:21 p.m.

Residential burglary

Shootings
• 700 block of Hwy. 19N at 12:44 a.m.
Meridian Police responded to 9 shots fired calls but when officers arrived on the scene only 2 showed evidence to support the calls.
Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department
The Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests from 8:44 a.m. Friday and 8:43 a.m. Monday.
• Driving under the influence/first offense – Edward Eugene Almond, 54, 8126 Prisock Road, Lauderdale. Almond is also charged with no driver’s license, no liability insurance, seat belt violation, domestic violence, failure to appear.
• DUI/first offense – Willie Georg Amerson, 50, 1213 B Dogwood Lake Road, Meridian. Amerson is also charged with expired tag, suspended driver’s license.
• Suspended driver’s license – Gregory E. Bollar, 54, 634 Delame Road, Cuba, Ala.
• No driver’s license – Onisha O. Brown, 22, 8341 D Poplar Springs Drive, Meridian. Brown is also charged with no liability insurance.
• DUI/first offense – Christopher Z. Clark, 31, 4220 22nd St., Meridian. Clark is also charged with expired tag, no liability insurance, seat belt violation, simple assault/attempt to create fear, no driver’s license, possession of methamphetamine with intent.
• Receiving stolen property – Ollie James Curtis, 22, 140 Ashwood Road, Butler, Ala.
• Suspended driver’s license – Corey Edward Ferguson, 29, 9902 Hwy. 495, Meridian. Ferguson is also charged with expired tag.
• DUI/first offense – Jose Flores, 29, 4218 Winnie St., Galveston, Texas. Flores is also charged with obstructing traffic, no driver’s license, no liability insurance, failure to appear/three counts.
• No driver’s license – Edrishun Lamarka Glenn, 23, 421 Willow Ridge Drive 3, Meridian. Glenn is also charged with no liability insurance, seat belt violation.
• DUI/first offense – Brad Maurice Gowdy, 42, 2611 A Green Loop Road, Meridian.
• Resisting arrest – Shaun Zackary Guthrie, 33, 6591 Sunny Lane, Toomsuba. Guthrie is also charged with disorderly conduct/failure to obey law enforcement officer.
• No driver’s license – Darius Jamaal Hardy, 33, 202 Miley St., Newton.
• Simple assault causing bodily injury – Karli Ray Hill, 25, 41 Fairchild Road, Meridian.
• DUI/first offense – Michael Horn, 60, 1835 Bunk Newell Road, Meridian. Horn is also charged with suspended driver’s license
• Court order/mandatory days – Kendrale Latiker, 28, 2803 36th Ave., Meridian.
• Suspended driver’s license – Georgia Ann Lee, 49, 2006 M.L.K. Lee is also charged with seat belt violation, no liability insurance.
• No driver’s license – Michael Bryce Lockley, 41, 422 Thomas Jefferson Circle, Madison, Tenn. Lockley is also charged with seat belt violation, no liability insurance.
• No driver’s license – Henry Levon Matthews Jr., 59, 1139 Old Hwy. 80W, Meridian. Matthews is also charged with improper equipment.
• No driver’s license – Antonio M. McClelland, 38, 1421 14th St., Meridian.
• Suspended driver’s license – James Hunter Murphy, 20, 3991 John A. Reed Rd., Meridian. Murphy is also charged with seat belt violation.
• Expired driver’s license – Derrell Dishon Nettles, 37, 9597 Mt. Olive Church Road, Lauderdale. Nettles is also charged with seat belt violation.
• Possession of marijuana/first offense – Anastasia Rae Nicholas, 19, 770 Wilder Dr., Meridian.
• Grand larceny – Larry Oscar Nunnery Jr., 46, 4621 JB Gill Rd., Meridian. Nunnery is also charged with larceny.
• Receiving stolen property – Tammy Jo Presley, 30, 57 Elmwood Rd., Butler, Ala.
• Failure to pay/seven counts – John William Sanders II, 38, 525 Mini Farm Road, Meridian. Sanders is also charged with failure to appear.
• Possession of marijuana in vehicle – Merzengo Thedford, 44, 1517 22nd Ave. Heights, Meridian. Thedford is also charged with expired driver’s license.
• Impersonation an officer – Wildon “Sonny” Charles Thornton, 63, 5343 16th Ave., Meridian.

• Driving under the influence/first offense – Behan Wayne Lonnie, 56, 710 B St., Meridian. Lonnie is also charged with speeding, no driver’s license.
