The Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests between 8:44 a.m. Monday and 8:43 a.m. Tuesday:

• Public drunkenness – James Bryan Buckley, 39, 1209 Highway 495, Philadelphia.
• Simple assault, domestic – Henry James Sims, 51, 2006 22nd Ave., Meridian.

The Meridian Police Department reported the following incidents from Monday through Tuesday:
Auto Burglaries
• 2600 block of Lakeview Golf Course Road, Meridian.
Trending
• 2400 block of South Frontage Road, Meridian.
Residential Burglary
• 2900 block of Saint Luke Street, Meridian.
Robbery
• 400 block of 55th Street, Meridian.
Shootings
• 1600 block of College Drive, Meridian.
• 2400 block of 37th Avenue, Meridian.
Meridian Police responded to 5 shots-fired calls but when officers arrived on scene there was no evidence found to support the calls.
Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department
The Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests between 8:44 a.m. Monday and 8:43 a.m. Tuesday:
• Driving under the influence (DUI), first offense – Lindsay Meshell Hendon, 10352 Highway 19 North, Collinsville. Hendon is also charged with driving with a suspended license.
• Accessory after the fact – Daramus Lamar Grady, 26, 2704 Valley Road, Meridian.
• DUI, first offense – Javon Latarry Hundley, 18, 903 63rd Ave., Meridian. Hundley is also charged with disregard of traffic device, no liability insurance, failure to exhibit drivers license on demand and disorderly conduct.
• Burglary of dwelling, house – Geno Lashawn Jones, 25, 2130 First Ave., Meridian. Jones is also charged with contempt of court.
• DUI, first offense – Kyle Lewis Price, 27, 1255 First Ave., Jackson. Price is also charged with leaving the scene of an accident, no liability insurance and driving without a license.
• Embezzlement – Chanda Lee Smith, 38, 469 Smith Road, Union.
