Meridianites looking for work won’t have to travel far as The Mississippi Department of Transportation hosts a job fair Tuesday at the WIN Job Center on Highway 19.

 

The fair, which is set to run from 9-11 a.m., is open to residents 18 or older with a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license.

 

The state agency is looking to fill positions including transportation infrastructure maintenance technicians, engineering technicians and specialized trade workers.
