Meridian Police Department

The Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests between 6 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 29 and 6 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 3:

• Driving under the influence of other substance – James T. Britain Jr., 48, 2781 Camp Ground Road, Lauderdale. Britain is also charged with reckless driving, fleeing and eluding in a motor vehicle, no driver’s license, contraband in correctional facility, no liability insurance.

• Failure to appear/three counts – Coleman Ellis Conley, 30, 5765 Marion Drive, Marion. Conley is also charged with speeding, no insurance card in vehicle.

• Simple assault/domestic – Christopher Spencer, born in 1972, 3311 19th St. Spencer is also charged with discharging firearm in city.

• Simple assault/domestic – Sabrina Spencer, born in 1970, 3311 19th St.

• Public intoxication – Grant Hartfield, born in 1978, homeless.

• Shoplifting – Jeffery McKinnis, born in 1967, 825 21st St. McKinnis is also charged with possession of paraphernalia.

• Disorderly conduct – Marcus Parker, born in 1971, 919 35th Ave.

• Shoplifting – Jakavi Hudson, born in 1995, 1608 10th Ave.

• Malicious mischief – Timothy Selmon, born in 1986, 3400 11th St. Selmon is also charged with simple assault threat.

• Trespassing – Michal Lewis, born in 1989, 455 Aaron Road.

• Disorderly conduct – Ray Barnes, born in 1989, 1627 Clear Valley Drive. Barnes is also charged with resisting arrest, public drunk, petit larceny.

• DUI/other – Camalle Walker, born in 1988, 854 Braxton St. Walker is also charged with expired driver’s license.

• Disturbance of peace – Rodriquez Winfield, born in 1986, 1424 28th Ave.

• Public drunk – Jimmy Williams, born in 1991, 2457 40th Ave.

• DUI/other – William Powell, born in 1985, 599 Natures Way. Powell is also charged with driving without headlights.

• Trespassing – Ethel Smith, born in 1965, 246 Harper Road. Smith is also charged with shoplifting, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Simple assault/domestic – Jimmy Williams, born in 1991, 2457 40th Ave.

• Public drunk – Jerry Lee, born in 1960, 346 Neelytown Road.

• Embezzlement – Elyssa Darden, born in 1996, 2704 St. Luke St. Darden is also charged with contempt of court.

• Disorderly conduct – Richard Brooks, born in 1980, 1504 East Ave. Brooks is also charged with public profanity.

• Disorderly conduct/two counts – Andrew Hubbard, born in 1979, 608 38th Ave. Hubbard is also charged with public drunk.

• Shoplifting – Christopher Allgood, born in 1997, 896 Little Rock Road.

• Shoplifting – Kaitlyn Allgood, born in 1997, 896 Little Rock Road.

• Capital murder – Dystiny Davis, born in 1992, 1802 Schorn Drive. Davis is also charged with armed robbery, attempted crime.

• Capital murder – Meundre Sanders, born in 1996, 401 58th Ave. Sanders is also charged with armed robbery, attempted crime.

• Accessory after the fact/three counts – Edward Sanders, born in 1989.

• Capital murder – Christopher Sanders, born in 1990, 5319 5th St. Sanders is also charged with armed robbery, attempted crime, felon carrying concealed weapon.

• Meridian Police responded to 14 shots fired calls but when officers arrived on scene there was not any evidence found to support the calls.

• Possession of methamphetamine – Damonta Barrett, 23, 5220 North Hills St., Meridian.

• Petit larceny – Carla J. Loeber, 35, 3802 Jiggs Chatham Road, Whynot.

• Disorderly conduct/failure to obey law enforcement officer – Lamonta Tyrell Pringle, 28, 1008 Greenwald Drive, Meridian.

• Sale of methamphetamine – Laquarius Shanta Pringle, 26, 1730 Bolen Long Creek Road, Meridian. Pringle is also charged with probation violation/parole/two counts.

• Probation violation/parole – Jordan Dashawn Smith, 26, 9217 Cook Road, Meridian.

• No driver’s license – Seneca Desmond Terrell, 36, 340 New Subdivision Road, Conehatta.
