Meridian Police Department
The Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests between 6 a.m. Monday and 6 a.m. Tuesday:
• Shoplifting – Christopher McDonald, born in 1992, 50/30th St.
• Disorderly conduct – Justin Pugh, born in 1986, 3508 32nd Ave.
• Driving under the influence – Yolanda Johnson, born in 1966, 329 Delta Road. Johnson is also charged with possession of paraphernalia, no insurance, failure to dim.
• DUI – Corderious Taylor, born in 1989, 2126 33rd Ave. Taylor is also charged with possession of marijuana, no insurance, no driver’s license, failure to yield, improper equipment.

Commercial burglary
• 100 block of 23rd St. at 10:07 a.m.
Stolen vehicles
• 2700 block of 27th Ave. at 12:59 p.m.
Auto burglary
• 3100 block of Hwy. 39 North at 8:34 a.m.
Residential burglary
• 1300 block of 32nd Ave. at 1:56 p.m.
• Meridian Police responded to 0 shots fired calls but when officers arrived on scene there was not any evidence found to support the calls.
Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department
The Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests from 8:44 a.m. Monday and 8:43 a.m. Tuesday.
• Possession of methamphetamine – Jason Mark Busby, 35, 9058 West Wood Dr., Meridian.
• Sale of controlled substance – Kevin Hardy Cox, 37, 7950 Pine Springs Rd. Lot B., Meridian. Cox is also charged with conspiracy to commit a crime-felony, conspiracy to sell.
• Conspiracy to commit a crime/two counts – Heather Nicole Daniels, 31, 2620 Bolen Long Creek Rd., Meridian. Daniels is also charged with sale of controlled substance/three counts, child endangerment.
• Probation violation/parole – Marneisha Jaquitta Horn, 22, 1500 44th Ave., Meridian.
• Domestic violence/simple assault/two counts – James H. Jackson, 69, 8700 Skipper Road, Meridian.
• Probation violation/parole – Latoya Shunday Marsh, 31, 1423 26th Ave., Meridian.
• Disturbance of family – Dalton Paul McMullan, 18, 1471 Long Creek Rd., Meridian.
• Sale of methamphetamine/two counts – Adam Bradley Newell, 32, 10800 Wild Cat Rd., Collinsville.
• Probation violation/parole – Tamarcus Smith, 22, 4715 13th St., Meridian.
• Disorderly conduct/failure to obey law enforcement officer – Onnie Strickland.
• Contempt child support/two counts – Miguel Ralpheal Willis, 43, 1301 30th Ave., Meridian.
