• Noon – The Telephone Pioneers monthly meeting will be held at the Family Fish Camp, 5381 Vimville Causeyville Rd., Meridian, for its annual Christmas lunch. Price is $10 or 6/8 package men’s white crew socks for the Veterans Home in Kosciusko. All current and retired telephone employees and/or spouses are encouraged to attend. Friday, Dec. 15

• 4-8 p.m. – Santa’s Christmas Factory at Soule’ Steam Works Dec. 15 through Dec. 22. A pure delight for kids of all ages. Bring your family to a true Christmas wonderland. The museum will be transformed into a Frozen Factory complete with falling snowflakes. There is even a train for the little ones.

Saturday, Dec. 16

• 1:30 p.m. – Six stars will be unveiled on the Mississippi Arts Entertainment Experience (The Max) Walk of Fame across from Dumont Plaza in downtown Meridian. This event is free and open to the public.

• 6 p.m. – Eighteen Mississippi artists chosen for The Mississippi Arts Entertainment Experience (MAX) inaugural Hall of Fame class will be celebrated at the Riley Center in downtown Meridian. The awards ceremony will be at 6 p.m. followed by a cocktail reception.

Monday, Dec. 18

• 11 a.m. – Adult Coloring at the Meridian-Lauderdale County Public Library.

Tuesday, Dec. 19

• 10 a.m. – Baby/Toddler Christmas Craft.
