Meridian 13u heads to World Series

Meridian Youth Baseball Association’s 13-year-old team is heading to the world series after winning the championship round in the Southwest Regional Tournament this weekend. The team defeated teams from across the south including Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, New Mexico, Louisiana and Alabama.
