The Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests between 6 a.m. Friday and 6 a.m. Tuesday:

• Possession of stolen firearm – Dekoyus J. Daniels, born in 1992, 1502 5th St., Meridian. Daniels is also charged with felon carrying a concealed weapon.

• Robbery/armed – Ashley M. Jenkins, born in 1991, 197 Wiggins Loop Road, Carthage.

• Burglary/all but dwelling -Ryan A. Jackson, born in 1996, 11858 Jay Drive, Enterprise.

• Disorderly conduct – Darrin S. Pruitt, born in 1988, 3820 9th St., Meridian.

• Disorderly conduct – Dontay J. Horne, born in 1996, 1213 44th Ave., Meridian. Horne is also charged with false information.

• Simple assault on a minor – Vernell Ivy, born in 1979, 5380 Alice Irby Road, Meridian.

• Simple assault/threat – Sakima Ivy, born in 2000, 4025 Old Hwy. 19S, Meridian.

• Shoplifting – Donnie C. McDonald, born in 1974, 4301 Terry St., Meridian.

• Driving under the influence/first offense – Lizet Barboza, born in 1985, 5524 Bolivar St. San Diego, Calif.

• Trespassing – Bradford Caldwell, born in 1990, homeless.

• Shoplifting – Roderick Granger, born in 1985, 12336 Sanders St. Apt. 11, Scooba.

• Disorderly conduct – Christina Lewis, born in 1985, 200 23rd St. Apt. 64, Meridian. Lewis is also charged with public drunk.

• Shoplifting – Cushena Donald, born in 1989, 906 64th Ave., Meridian.

• Shoplifting – Amber Washington, born in 1990, 4401 40th Ave., Meridian.

• Shoplifting – Jabrica Lewis, born in 1998, 1110 13th St., Meridian.

• Disorderly conduct – Richard Lewis, born in 1980, 2301 35th Ave., Meridian. Lewis is also charged with possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle.

• Shoplifting – Alvin Thompson, born in 1976, homeless.

• DUI/first offense/refusal – Leon U. Drake Jr., born in 1977, 1411 32nd Ave., Meridian.

• Shoplifting – Van D. Brooks, born in 1964, 2033 Hwy. 11/80, Meridian.

• Shoplifting – Rodrigous Smith, born in 1986, 29175 Sowashee St., Meridian. Smith is also charged with trespassing.

• Public drunk – Christina Lewis, born in 1985, 200 23rd St. Apt. 64, Meridian.

• DUI/second offense/other – Tresean Z. Grace, born in 1996, 5607 Mosby Rd., Meridian. Grace is also charged with possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle.

• Receiving stolen property – Charles D. Houston, born in 2000, 5226 Valley St., Meridian.

• DUI/first offense/other Charles D. Moore, born in 1998, 1230 23rd St., Meridian. Moore is also charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

• Disorderly conduct – TyQuisha Naylor, born in 1996, 2427 4th Ave., Meridian.

• 3500 block of 42nd St. at 8:15 a.m. on Dec. 22.

• 3700 block of Royal Road at 2:49 a.m. on Dec. 24.

Shootings

• 5000 block of 21st St. at 8:55 a.m.

• Meridian Police responded to 2 shots fired calls but when officers arrived on scene there was not any evidence found to support the calls.

Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department

The Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests from 8:44 a.m. Friday and 8:43 a.m. Tuesday.

• Suspended driver’s license – David Lee Adkins, 42, 801 B St., Meridian. Adkins is also charged with no liability insurance, improper equipment.

• Driving under the influence/first offense – Roxane Marie Austin, 56, 8633 Old Hwy. 19S, Meridian. Austin is also charged with no liability insurance.

• Petit larceny – Perry Broach Jr., 24, 327 Peavy Road, Meridian.

• Contempt/child support – Van Dale Brooks, 54, 2033 Hwy. 11/80, Meridian.

• Simple assault/attempt to create fear – Jeremy Lashaun Campbell, 34, 2018 22nd Ave., Meridian.

• No driver’s license – Chris R. Clayton, 29, 1301 36th Ave., Meridian. Clayton is also charged with driving without headlights, failure to yield to blue lights/siren.

• Insurance card law in the vehicle – Maurice Redell Clayton, 54, 2230 34th Ave., Marion. Clayton is also charged with expired tag, no driver’s license.

• Suspended driver’s license – Jarvis Cook, 20, 3188 Thornton Road, Meridian. Cook is also charged with improper equipment.

• Possession of marijuana in the vehicle – Jessica Cerese Culpepper, 36, 4448 Hwy. 19S, Meridian.

• DUI/first offense – Eric D. Davis, 32, 183 Fani Lakna Circle, Philadelphia, Ms.

• Simple assault – Marc Davison, 65, 3117 Hwy. 496, Meridian.

• DUI/first offense – Gerode Davis Gowdy, 33, 162 Will Garrett Road, Toomsuba. Gowdy is also charged with no driver’s license.

• DUI/first offense – Dennis Andre Grady, 43, 442 Grady Road, Preston. Grady is also charged with seat belt violation, avoiding the roadblock.

• Probation violation/parole – David Jaquan Hampton, 27, 3800 27th St., Meridian.

• Burglary commercial bldg/two counts – Ladarrius Lawrence Hampton, 21, 10271 Lynn Lane, Lot #12, Collinsville. Hampton is also charged with probation violation/parole.

• Disturbance in public place – Tonya Demetria Hampton, 43, 144 F Westlake Circle SW, Bessemer, Ala.

• Fleeing and eluding in a motor vehicle/two counts – Willie Lavell Hearn, 33, 2212 19th Ave., Meridian. Hearn is also charged with disorderly conduct/failure to obey law enforcement officer, no driver’s license, child restraint law, insurance card law in the vehicle, reckless driving, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, improper passing.

• DUI of other substance – Deidra Shonta Herlong, 33, 4524 Hwy. 39W B23, Meridian.

• DUI/first offense – Timothy Rayun Hodge, 18, 3012 17th St., Meridian. Hodge is also charged with careless driving, no driver’s license.

• Burglary commercial bldg. – Ryan Anthony Jackson, 22, 11858 Jay Drive, Enterprise.
