• Meridian Police responded to 32 shots fired calls but when officers arrived on scene, only 1 showed any evidence found to support the calls.

• Driving under the influence/first offense – Carrie Lynne Borders, 45, 3829 Causeyville Rd., Meridian. Borders is also charged with speeding.

• Burglary/dwelling house – Jerry Dewayne Brooks, 42, 11162 Gilbert Joyner Rd., Lauderdale.

• Suspended driver’s license – Desiree Necole Brown, 24, 7301 Lauderdale-Toomsuba Rd., Toomsuba. Brown is also charged with careless driving.
