The Southern Debutante Assembly will present its 2018 honorees at its annual Presentation and White and Gold Ball, which will be held Dec. 28 at the Greenwood Country Club in Greenwood. The group of young ladies to be presented includes:

Elizabeth Mitchell Cossar, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Payne Cossar III of Senatobia. She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. William James Mitchell of DeKalb and Mr. and Mrs. George Payne Cossar of Charleston. After graduating from Magnolia Heights School in Senatobia, Miss Cossar is furthering her education at the University of Mississippi in Oxford, where she is a member of Delta Delta Delta sorority. Mr. Cossar will present his daughter at the ball.

Clancy O’Connor Duggan, daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Frederick Timothy Duggan of New Orleans. She is the granddaughter of Mrs. David Louis Morgan of Little Rock, Mississippi, and the late Mr. Morgan and the late Mr. James Joseph Duggan of Jackson and the late Mrs. Duggan of Little Rock. A graduate of the Lamar School in Meridian, Miss Duggan is continuing her studies at the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana. Dr. Duggan will present his daughter at the ball.

Lauren Ann Graham, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Hardy Poindexter Graham Jr. of Bailey. Her grandparents are Mr. Denver Lee Nimmo of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Mrs. Thompson Nimmo of Mendenhall and Mr. Hardy Poindexter Graham of Meridian and Mrs. Eugene Gregory Wood Jr. of Jackson. Miss Graham is a graduate of the Lamar School in Meridian and is attending the University of Mississippi in Oxford, where she is a member of Delta Delta Delta sorority. Her father will present her.

Caroline Louis Parker, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Bruce Parker of Meridian. Her grandparents are Mrs. James Louis Griffin Jr. of Laurel and the late Mr. Griffin and Mrs. Edwin Lewis Parker III of Inverness and the late Mr. Parker. Having graduated from the Lamar School in Meridian, Miss Parker attends the University of Mississippi in Oxford, where she is a member of Chi Omega sorority. Mr. Parker will present his daughter at the ball.
