The Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests between 6 a.m. Thursday and 6 a.m. Friday.

  • DUI first offense, speeding on state highway, careless driving and failure to maintain liability insurance
  • Foreign warrant; fugitive; holding and controlled substance violations
  • Foreign warrant; fugitive; holding
  • Receiving stolen property and possession of marijuana
  • Failure to pay

Oct 19

  • DUI other substance third offense
  • Controlled substance violations, DUI other substance first offense, speeding on state highway, failure to maintain liability insurance and expired tag
  • Sale, transfer, manufacture, distribute, etc during 12 cons month and enhancement of penalty for drug charge while in possession
