The Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests between 6 a.m. Friday and 6 a.m. Monday:

• Attempted murder – Aubrey Maurice Jordan, 26, 7455 Lizzie Rd. C-5. Jordan is also charged with weapon, possession of by felon.

• Domestic violence – Howard E. Mobley, born in 1972, 625 52nd Ave., Meridian.

• Domestic violence – James L. Robson, born in 1975, 1001 Greenwald Drive, Meridian. Robson is also charged with simple assault/threat.

• Simple assault/threat -Mercedes Yarbrough, born in 1993, 1318 19th St. H-2 Meridian.

• Possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle – David. J. Wilson, born in 1990, 1294 Aycock Road, Meridian.

• Simple assault -Eugena Collins, born in 1998, 7100 Hwy. 80 W. E-8, Meridian.

• Public drunk – Bonnie McCoy, born in 1978, 6001 5th St., Meridian. McCoy is also charged with public profanity, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest.

• Possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle – Melissa M. Cole, born in 1991, 3813 Paulding St., Meridian. Cole is also charged with driving under the influence.

• DUI/first – Eddie Williams, born in 1960, 8355 Hwy. 495, Bailey.

• Interfering with police – Leshun Cole, born in 1989, 3813 Paulding St., Meridian. Cole is also charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest.

• Disturbance of family – Wiley Bell, born in 1965, 925 40th Ave. Apt. 1608, Meridian. Bell is also charged with violation of noise ordinance.

• Meridian Police responded to 5 shots fired calls but when officers arrived on scene there was not any evidence found to support the calls.
