Thomas and Gloria Pettis of Shubuta will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary Sunday, June 24, 2018, from 2-4 p.m., at Desoto Baptist Church in Clarke County. The event will be hosted by the couple’s daughter, Angela Pettis Williams of Quitman. Mr. Pettis is a financial advisor and Mrs. Pettis is a homemaker. Mrs. Pettis is the former Gloria Price of Pachuta. The couple requests no gifts.
