The Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests between 6 a.m. Friday and 6 a.m. Monday:

• Tampering with physical evidence – Lederious Chaney, 18, 1524 45th Ave., Meridian.

• Burglary/all but dwelling – James Parker, born in 2000, 5607 Cooper Circle, Meridian.

• Possession of stolen firearm – Katherine L. Roberts, born in 1975, 3713 15th St., Meridian.

• Simple assault/threat – Kevin R, Turnbow, born in 1977, 5362 A Minifarm Road, Meridian. Turnbow is also charged with simple assault.

• Domestic violence – Isaiah Roberts, born in 1996, 913 Bragg Ave., Meridian.

• Shoplifting/two counts – Thomas McDermitt, born in 1992, 7950 Pine Springs Road, Collinsville.

• Driving under the influence/second offense – Valerijs Gudovskis, born in 1992, 363 Harpers Drive, Meridian.

• Embezzlement – Jay Carney Jr., born in 1992, 4437 Shelby Gressett Road, Toomsuba.

• Trespassing – Curtis Scott, born in 1976, 2608 17th St., Meridian.

• Public drunk – Paula Brown, born in 1971, 6712 Old 8th St. Road, Meridian.

• Shoplifting – Kenyetta M. Hayes, born in 1983, 2608 17th St., Meridian.

• DUI/first offense – Nathan Winston, born in 1993, 2427 4th Ave., Meridian.

• DUI/first offense – James H. Todd, born in 2000, 2515 24th Ave., Meridian. Todd is also charged with possession/consumption of alcohol (under 21).

• DUI – Bernardo Sanchez, born in 1979, 323 Wilker Road, Hickory. Sanchez is also charged with giving false information/three counts.

• Disorderly conduct – Carlos Perez, born in 1981, 323 Wilker Road, Hickory.

• Possession of paraphernalia – Ricardo Moton, born in 1977, 4311 5th St., Meridian.

• DUI/first offense – Akeva S. Sanders, born in 1998, 239 Church St., Enterprise.

• DUI/second offense – Lisa Forbes, born in 1959, 212 3rd Ave., Meridian.

• Possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle – Arianna Creekmore, born in 1992, 10851 Rd 539, Philadelphia.

• DUI – Danika Conner, born in 1997, 3309 40th Ave., Meridian.

• Possession of marijuana – Verbie T. Jones, born in 1971, 212 Delta Road, Lisman, Ala.

• Possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle – Marcrylluise Pearson, born in 1994, 3443 Hwy. 513, Quitman. Pearson is also charged with DUI.

The Meridian Police Department reported the following incidents from Friday to Monday:

Robbery

• 1700 block of 45th Ave. at 5:05 p.m.

Auto burglary

• 5100 block of 5th St. at 9:20 a.m.

Residential burglary

• 1100 block of 46th Ave. at 11:50 p.m.

• 900 block of Bragg Ave. at 5:39 p.m.

• 3700 block of 10th St. at 5:47 p.m.

• Meridian Police responded to 6 shots fired calls but when officers arrived on the scene only one showed evidence to support the calls.

Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department

The Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests from 8:44 a.m. Friday and 8:43 a.m. Monday.

• Driving under the influence/felony – Al Gene Brown, 40, 1019 15th St., Meridian. Brown is also charged with seat belt violation/four counts, no liability insurance, driving on the wrong side of the road, no driver’s license.

• DUI/first offense – John R. Caldwell, 24, 2707 Sam Gray Road, Meridian. Caldwell is also charged with improper equipment.

• DUI/other substance – Jay Justice Carney Jr., 25, 4437 Shelby Gressett Road, Toomsuba. Carney is also charged with expired tag, improper equipment, no liability insurance, suspended driver’s license, possession of paraphernalia, failure to appear, embezzlement.

• DUI/first offense – Willie J. Chesney, 57, 5957 Hwy. 494, Little Rock, Miss. Chesney is also charged with careless driving, no liability insurance.

• DUI/first offense – Cedric Laverne Clark, 49, 4719 Harper St., Toomsuba.

• DUI/first offense – Eugene C. Hayes, 27, 107 71st Place, Meridian. Hayes is also charged with no liability insurance, no license tag, suspended driver’s license.

• DUI/first offense – Patrick Levarn Heidelberg, 48, 2301 42nd Ave., Meridian. Heidelberg is also charged with no license tag, no liability insurance.

• Contempt of court – Steven Bell Heidelberg, 31, 125 Sandflat Road, Meridian.

• Suspended driver’s license – Brady Daniel Hodge, 20, 5269 Hwy. 496, Toomsuba. Hodge is also charged with an expired license tag, seat belt violation, no liability insurance, failure to appear.

• Burglary – Brian Lee Hoover, 33, 1222 Frazier Grove Road, Bailey.

• No driver’s license – Timothy James Jolly, 55, 10031 Hillview Drive, Meridian. Jolly is also charged with careless driving, seat belt violation, no liability insurance.

• DUI/first offense – Andra Jones, 54, 2713 Grandview Ave., Meridian. Jones is also charged with no driver’s license.

• Child restraint law/two counts – Lakeisha R. Jones, 37, 2704 Valley Road, Lot 99, Meridian. Jones is also charged with disregard of traffic device, simple assault on a minor.

• Probation violation/parole – Anthony Dewayne McDonald, 44, 3400 21st St., Meridian. McDonald is also charged with probation violation/parole.

• Welfare fraud/Medicaid – Jennifer Lynn McMillan, 47, 2704 Valley Rd. Lot 101, Meridian. McMillan is also charged with bad check/felony.

• No driver’s license – Constance Rachelle McRae, 25, 129 St. Thomas Drive, Guntown, Miss. McRae is also charged with no liability insurance.

• Resisting arrest – Jeffery Neal, 44, 1147 Sandflat Rd., Meridian. Neal is also charged with disorderly conduct/failure to obey law enforcement officer.

• Burglary/commercial bldg. – James Parker Jr., 18, 5607 Cooper Circle, Meridian.

• DUI/first offense – John David Upton, 30, 112 Candace St., Newton. Upton is also charged with possession of marijuana, reckless driving, improper passing, improper equipment.
