Man's body found in Meridian lake

Authorities are investigating the death of a man found in a lake Saturday afternoon in Meridian.

Lauderdale Coroner Clayton Cobler said around 4 p.m. on 5820 East Lake Drive, an unidentified black male was found. 

The body has been taken to the Mississippi Crime Lab in Pearl for an autopsy, he said.
