Meridian’s John McRae has been named the top financial advisor in the state in recently published rankings by Barron’s Magazine.

 

A senior financial advisor at Raymond James Financial Services in Citizens National Bank’s Wealth Management Division, McRae took the stop spot for Mississippi in Barron’s 2025 Top Financial Advisors in each state.

 

Rankings were made using factors such as regulatory record, quality of practice, revenue produced, assets under management and philanthropic work.

 

Barron’s Magazine, a weekly publication from Dow Jones & Company, was founded in 1921 and is a sister publication to The Wall Street Journal.
