Joseph Spinks, 50, has been charged with murder and two counts of attempted murder.

The two survivors of the shooting have been transferred to Jackson, and both are in critical condition.

Spinks’ bond is set at 700,000. 500,000 for the murder, and 100,000 for each count of attempted murder.

Sheriff Calhoun said that these shootings are tragic and senseless, and although the investigation is still ongoing, the Sheriff’s Department has reason to believe there was another person at the scene of the shooting.

“If you were there, you need to contact us so we can talk to you about what you know, or what you saw about the incident,” said Sheriff Ward Calhoun.
