The Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests between 6 a.m. Monday and 6 a.m. Wednesday.

• Shoplifting – Sean L. Pearson Jr., born in 2002, homeless. Pearson Jr. is also charged with trespassing.

• Domestic violence – Jesse L. Hearne, born in 1983, 17574 Chunky Duffee Rd., Little Rock, Miss. Hearne is also charged with simple assault.

• Simple assault/threat – Lakendra L. Haynes, born in 1987, 803 29th St., Meridian. Haynes is also charged with disturbing the peace.

• Disorderly conduct – Bernard Roland, born in 1979, homeless. Roland is also charged with resisting arrest.

• Domestic violence – Sarah A. Cooley, born in 1977, 1001 Greenwald Dr., Meridian.

• Disorderly conduct – Deghanda Holt, born in 1977, 324 5th Place, Meridian.

• Shoplifting – Kimberly R. Carter, born in 1983, 5175 Causeyville Rd., Meridian. Carter is also charged with trespassing.

• Disorderly conduct – Jaquavius Q. Spencer, born in 2001, 1804 16th St., Meridian.

• DUI/other – Judy R. Tims, born in 1962, 1719 Hwy. 19N Apt. 23, Meridian.

• 2400 block of 8th St., 7:19 a.m.

Stolen vehicles

• 4400 block of 35th Ave., 1:28 p.m.

Shootings

• 1300 block of 19th Ave., 10:34 p.m.

• 3100 block of 14th St., 11:29 a.m.

• Meridian Police responded to 4 shots fired calls but when officers arrived on scene, only 2 showed any evidence found to support the calls.

Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department

The Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests between 6 a.m. Monday and 6 a.m. Wednesday.

• Child support/failure to pay – Justin Roy House, 38, 2102 1st Ave., Meridian.

• DUI/first offense – Justin Blake Keeton, 25, 2861 Hwy. 19S, Meridian. Keeton is also charged with no license tag, no liability insurance, no driver’s license.

• Motor vehicle theft/felony – Eddie Toby Mosley, 40, 3341 Old Lizelia Rd., Lauderdale. Mosley is also charged with aggravated assault/two counts, probation violation/parole.

• Probation violation/parole – Anthony Scott Robinson, 47, 3452 Yachtsman Dr., Toomsuba.

• Aggravated assault/three counts – Damontae L. Rush, 23, 2610 Highland Ave., Meridian. Rush is also charged with shooting into dwelling house, shooting into a vehicle, drive-by shooting.

• Probation violation/parole – John Henry Wallace, 55, homeless.

• Burglary/commercial bldg. – Christopher Daniel Bryer, 41, 6590 Zero Rd., Meridian. Bryer is also charged with failure to pay.

• Probation violation/parole – Hannah Leigh Burnham, 31, 5520 North Hills St., Meridian. Burnham is also charged with failure to pay.

• Domestic violence/simple assault – Kelvin DeJusus Ephrim Jr., 19, 1318 Will Wright Rd., Meridian.

• Disturbing the peace – Jesse Livingston Hearne, 38, 17574 Chunky Duffee Rd., Little Rock, Miss.

• Disorderly conduct/failure to obey law enforcement officer – Detrick Kelton Ocampo, 23, 9467 Hwy. 495, Meridian. Ocampo is also charged with petit larceny.
