Prep roundups: Kemper Co., West fall in basketball

ITAWAMBA — Itawamba High School led at the half 45-25 and went on to defeat West Lauderdale High School 64-38 in MHSAA Class 4A playoff action.

The Lady Knights were led by Mallory Thompson, who tallied 10 points, while Jasmine Fortner recorded seven.
