MUNA adds four new employees

    MUNA Federal Credit Union has announced the hiring of four new employees, said President & CEO Bo Pittman.

    “As an organization that prides itself on service to the community, we are pleased to work with these fine people who believe in our mission,” Pittman said.

    Misty McGraw joins MUNA as Business Lender/Loan Officer. The Marketing/Management degree holder has more than 18 years of banking experience, as well as seven years of marketing and sales experience outside of banking.         McGraw is an EMBDC Leadership Lauderdale graduate, past member of the Downtown Optimist Club and was awarded the 2006 “Catch the Spirit Award” from a local bank.

    Three new Member Services Representatives have also joined the MUNA team.

    Lance Burnham is a graduate of Mississippi State University with a bachelors degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. The Meridian High graduate has four years of sales and customer service experience.

    Emily Duell is a native of Meridian with a degree from the University of Southern Mississippi in music. She attended Northeast High School.

    Denise Griffin hails from Butler, Ala., where she attended Choctaw High School. She has extensive experience in banking, having served as a teller specialist with a local institution for more than 15 years.

    MUNA Federal Credit Union is a not-for-profit cooperative with more than 5,000 members and offers a wide spectrum of services, from checking and loans to credit cards and savings accounts. MUNA has two locations in Lauderdale County.
