Mr. Lisi, Miss Lewis

    Jackie Gryner and the late Wayne Lewis of Meridian announce the engagement of their daughter, Brittany Lewis, to Alex Lisi, son of Gus and Debbie Lisi of Meridian.

    The wedding will be Saturday, Sept. 27, 2014, at 6 p.m. at Pierce Castle in Decatur.

    Miss Lewis is the granddaughter of the late Henry and Marie Johnson and Wanda Lewis and the late Bill Lewis, all of Meridian.

    The bride-elect is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi, where she received a bachelor’s degree in the science of nursing. She is a graduate of Southeast Lauderdale High School.

    While attending USM, she was a member of Golden Key international honor society, Sigma Theta Tau international honor society of nursing, Leadership Scholar, consecutive on the Presidents List and captain of USM baseball’s Diamond Darlings.

    Miss Lewis is employed by Internal Medicine Clinic’s cardiology department

    Mr. Lisi is the grandson of Reitha Davidson and the late William F. Davidson and Luisa Lisi and the late Natalino Lisi.

    The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of Lamar High School.

    Mr. Lisi is self employed by Lisi, Inc.

    A reception will be held at Pierce Castle.

    Family and friends are invited to attend.
