Ashley Furniture HomeStore in Meridian is hosting “Touch a Truck” today from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. with a quiet hour from 10-11a.m.

    This is a free event full of fun and learning for kids of all ages, a press release states. All of the toy trucks that children idolize will be at the Ashley Furniture HomeStore for them to touch, see and learn about.

    Local police, fire, ambulance, Pepsi, and so many more will be on hand for the children to enjoy learning about.

    During the quiet hour, no sirens or horns will be sounded. This gives children with hearing sensitivity to come enjoy the event.
