The company provides service in Mississippi and four surrounding states, and has invested in a right to use airwaves that would let it cover most of Tennessee and Alabama. It has just over 1 million subscribers.

The Ridgeland, Miss., company said the name change will take effect Monday. It’s also launching a campaign to “personalize” its services for customers, by setting up a rewards program and providing recommendations for phone applications.
