      BUTLER, Ala. – Services for Ellis Daniels will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at Nanafalia Baptist Church, with the Rev. Hal Taylor officiating. Burial will be in Aimwell Cemetery with Bumpers Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

    Mr. Daniels, 73, of Nanfalia, died Sunday, Feb. 7, 2010, at his residence.

      Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Shirley M. Daniels; sons: George Ellis “Danny” Daniels Jr., Van Daniels and Craig Daniels; daughters, Alisa Diamond of Meridian, Miss. and Debbie Nichols of Tuscaloosa; 13 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

      Visitation will be today, from 6 p.m.-8 p.m., at the funeral home.
