Otto and Inez Storr of Meridian celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in the Virgin Islands. They were married Jan. 29, 1966, by the Rev. John Meenan at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Arcata, Calif. They have one son, Kevin Erich Storr (Beth), and granddaughter, Avelina Rose, of Birmingham, Ala. Mrs. Storr, formerly Inez Carmen Mateus of Flores, Azores, is a retired teacher from the Lauderdale County School District. Mr. Storr, originally from Peterdorsf, Germany, is a retired Navy pilot.
