Most of the fifth grade student council of T.J. Harris Elementary School visited the Capitol on Thursday and spoke with Sen. Rod Hickman and Rep. Orlando Paden. Principal Victor White, counselor Crystal Nix and teachers Stephanie Thomas and Tracy Jones were also in attendance.
