GRAND BAY, Ala. (AP) — U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service officials say they’re planning to resume air operations and clear debris from a wildfire that began near a wildlife refuge in Mississippi and crossed into Alabama marshland.
Spokeswoman Candice Stevenson said in an emailed statement that authorities plan to fly over the burned area Tuesday after severe storms on Monday grounded air operations.
