Province’s journey with Hope Village began in 2001, showcasing her versatility through various roles such as facilities supervisor, human resources director, financial officer, chief operating officer, and her current role as the executive director. Province holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Mississippi State University, demonstrating a strong foundation for her professional career. Her commitment to continuous learning is evident in her advanced education, having earned a master of pastoral studies from Loyola University and a master of business administration from Mississippi State. This unique blend of academic achievements reflects Terri’s multifaceted approach to leadership.
Beyond her contributions to Hope Village for Children, Province has played a pivotal role in the Mississippi Association of Child Care Agencies for over a decade. Her service includes key positions such as treasurer, vice president and president, showcasing her influential leadership within the association.
