New Year, New You deadline nears
Published 12:00 am Sunday, November 6, 2016
There’s still time to submit your 2016 goal/resolution accomplishment for the “New Year, New You” edition of The Meridian Star’s 393 Magazine.
We are looking for people who began 2016 with a specific goal in mind – to quit smoking, lose weight, read more, learn a new skill – and have or will have accomplished it by the year’s end. We not only want to know why you did it, but also how. Several people have responded to our request, but more are needed. Send a brief paragraph about your accomplishment to Ida Brown, Special Sections Editor/393 Magazine Coordinator, at ibrown@themeridianstar.com. Include a telephone number (daytime and evening) where you can be reached.
The deadline is Nov. 11.
We look forward to your stories of inspiration. Who knows? Your success may inspire someone one to set their own goal for 2017.
