Tyreek Hill selected to 2017 Pro Bowl

For the second time in as many seasons a former University of West Alabama football player has been selected to participate in the National Football League Pro Bowl.
Former Tiger and current Kansas City Chiefs return specialist is one of four Chiefs to earn a trip to the 2017 Pro Bowl set for Jan. 29 in Orlando, Fla. New England Patriots and former UWA cornerback Malcolm Butler was selected for the 2016 Pro Bowl.
Hill leads the NFL in punt return yards (476) and punt return average (14.0) with two combined kick and punt return touchdowns. He is the sixth rookie in Chiefs franchise history to earn a Pro Bowl invitation
“It definitely means a lot,” Hill told Chiefs.com. “But without my teammates, my coaches and this organization motivating me every day and giving me this chance, none of this would have been possible.”
In addition to being selected to the team as a return specialist, Hill also has 56 receptions for 547 yards and six touchdowns and 15 rushes for 157 yards and two touchdowns.
Hill and the Chiefs travel to Denver to meet the Broncos on Christmas Day. Kickoff is set for 7:25 p.m. on NBC.
