Michael Williams, 14, is charged with three counts of attempted murder, three counts of conspiracy to commit a crime and three counts of drive-by shooting. Bail will remain at $270,000.

The hearing was rescheduled because no attorney was available to represent Williams.

Williams is suspected in the shooting that left four victims wounded by gunfire. Kudarrius D. Tubbs, 20, and Cedmondray Lewis, 19, are also charged in connection with the incident. Preliminary hearings were waived earlier this week by Tubbs and Lewis, who have the same charges and bond amounts as Williams.
