The Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department arrested Albert Wayne Dennis, 61, in Collinsville Thursday following allegations of child exploitation.
“Parents of two smaller children came to us this week making allegations of inappropriate contact,” Sheriff Billie Sollie said.
After an investigation, deputies issued warrants, Sollie said.
Sollie said deputies arrested Dennis, of Collinsville, away from his residence without incident in the Collinsville area.
Deputies charged Dennis with exploitation of a child, two counts of lustful touching of a child and two counts of sexual battery.
Bond has been set at $250,000, or $50,000 for each charge.
