Meridian Police Department

The Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests between 8:44 a.m. Wednesday and 8:43 a.m. Thursday:

• Disorderly conduct, two counts – Roneaqus D. Cole Jr., 18, 2427 Fourth Ave., Meridian.

• Shoplifting – Christopher Ray Lowery, 25, 544 64th Ave., Meridian.

• Simple assault, domestic – Tasha Wilson-Jones, born in 1983, 4401 40th Ave., Meridian.

• Simple assault, domestic – David Jones, born in 1985, 4401 40th Ave., Meridian.

• Simple assault – Tommy Edwards Jr., born in 1973, 5215 Lakewood Drive, Meridian.

• Driving under the influence (DUI) – Michael Warren, born in 1960, 137 Bent Creek Drive, Meridian.

• DUI, felony – Shawn Mosley, born in 1970, 2411 Second Ave., Meridian.

Incident Reports

The Meridian Police Department reported the following incidents from Wednesday:

Residential Burglaries

• 5200 block of Mosby Road, Meridian.

• 1600 block of 26th Avenue, Meridian.

Shooting

Meridian Police responded to 1 shots-fired call but when officers arrived on scene there was not any evidence found to support the call.

Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department

The Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests between 8:44 a.m. Wednesday and 8:43 a.m. Thursday:

• Failure to pay (justice court) – Brandy Lynn Edwards, 38, 6311 Graham Cemetery Road, Meridian.

• Possession of methamphetamine – Stephanie Lashell Felts, 34, 4280 Morgan Lane, Daleville. Felts is also charged with possession of controlled substance.

• Possession of marijuana – Aaron Chandler Gaston, 36, 104 Mill St., Carthage.

• Petit larceny, two counts – Amanda Diane Neal Hill, 29, 6338 Mosby Lake Road, Meridian.

• Possession of methamphetamine – Randy Navaro Johnson Jr., 41, 5580 Fred Haguewood Road, Meridian. Johnson is also charged with expired tag, driving with a suspended license and violation of insurance card in vehicle law.

• Possession of marijuana with intent to distribute – Anteiar Lashawn Martin, 36, 2629 St. Andrews, Meridian.

• Telephone harassment, two counts – Emily Brooke Stallings, 19, 1850 Attwood Road, Meridian.

• Leaving the scene of the accident – Carly Jonecia Williams, 21, 2809 St. Luke St., Meridian.
