• Possession of marijuana — Robert Bingham, 38, 91 Brown Circle, Laurel

• Contempt of court — William Ethridge, age unavailable, 2415 Fellowship Road





Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department

The Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department reported the following suspected non-traffic violations between 3 p.m. Friday and 3 p.m. Monday. These suspected violations also include arrests made by the Marion Police Department and the Mississippi Highway Patrol.



• Larceny — John Glass, 25, 277 County Road 670

• Contempt of court — Kenyatta Williams, 26, 3812 Royal Road

• Violation of house arrest — Robin Warren, 44, 6246 Confederate Drive, Marion

• Driving under the influence, third offense — Vernon Bailey, 25, 2326 35th Ave.

• Possession of cocaine — Johnny Grace, 44, 4252 West 200 North, Peru, Ind. Grace was also charged with possession of marijuana in a vehicle.

• Possession of cocaine — Holly Moore, 36, 835 Caldwell Road, Stonewall

• Contempt of court — Celenthia Walker, 39, 205 East Brown Ave., Newton

• DUI, first offense — David Killen, 30, 10262 Killen Road

• Contempt of court, two counts — Christon C. McDonald, 26, 4647 Highway 19 North.

• Animal cruelty, two counts — Mike Leggett, 48, 3207 Minnow Bucket Road. Leggett was also charged with two counts of contempt of court.

• Indecent exposure in the presence of a minor — Billy Watts, 27, 6965 Clarkdale Road

• False pretense, misdemeanor, three counts — Teresa Scott, 30, 1708 30th Ave. Scott was also charged with bad check, felony.

• Contempt of court — James Love, 18, 11245 Townsend Byrd Road, Collinsville

• Public drunkenness — James Weeks, 24, 346 North Bolivar County Road

• Contributing to the delinquency of a minor — Jonathan Mayatt, 21, 9030 Church Road, Collinsville

• DUI, first offense — Kevin Sullivan, 40, 2202 Pickard Campbell Road

• Underage consumption — James Griffith, 19, 5122 Windsor Road

• DUI, third offense — Gregory Fortner, 23, 4606 East Prisock Road. Fortner was also charged with resisting arrest.

• DUI, first offense — Jason Ford, 20, 12509 County Road 514

• Underage consumption — Herbert Moulds, 18, 156 Crescent Lake Road

• Failure to pay child support — Anthony Mosley, 29, 239 58th Ave.
