The newly formed Meridian chapter of the Air Force Association will hold its first annual meeting Tuesday at Northwood Country Club.

Meridian’s Chapter 376 was the only new chapter started in the United States last year. Roy Gibbons spearheaded the effort, and the chapter already has 70 members.

Tuesday’s meeting will feature a presentation by each of the Air and Army Guard commanders about their respective units and missions.

Hors d’oeuvres will be served at 6 p.m., followed by the business meeting at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will end by 7:30 p.m.
