Meridian Police Department



The Meridian Police Department reported the following suspected non-traffic violations between 4 p.m. Friday and 4 p.m. Saturday:



• Possession of Marijuana – Michael Neal, 42, 7100 Old Highway 80, Apt. A-4. Neal was also charged with possession of cocaine.

• Domestic violence – William Hover Jr., 30, 4104 35th Ave.

• Possession of paraphernalia – William H. Perry, 50, 2619 10th Ave.

• Willful trespassing – Charles Manning, 24, 5210 27th Ave.

• Disorderly conduct – Kenneth Amerson, 40, 8038 Lauderdale-Toomsuba Rd. Amerson was also charged with public drunk.

• Public drunk – Donald Terrell, 38, 85 Lauderdale-Toomsuba Rd.

• Possession of cocaine – Larry H. Pierce Jr., 4317 5th St.

• Disorderly conduct – Jorrick Pearson, 35, 2017 5th Blvd.

• Possession of marijuana – Joseph L. Ruffin, 29, 3722 19th St. Ruffin was also charged with noise ordinance violation and driving without a drivers license.

• Interfering with a police officer – Larry Welch, 50, 2017 State Blvd.





Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department



The Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department reported the following suspected non-traffic violations between 4 p.m. Friday and 4 p.m. Saturday:



• DUI First Offense – Marshall Margrave, 20, 3435 Highway 11/80. Margrave was also charged with driving without insurance and without a driver’s license.

• Trespassing – Annie Kelly, 23, homeless. Kelly was also charged with disorderly conduct.

• Possession of marijuana, less than an ounce – Clemente M. Larkin, 21, 3055 Paulding St.

• Child Support – Elton Goodin, 47, 379 Hickory Place.

• Domestic violence – Edward Earl Wilkinson, 30, 10217 County Road 2638. Wilkinson is also charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
