• Driving under the influence, first (zero tolerance) — Jamie R. Norris, 20, 188 Skyland Drive. Norris is also charged with driving with no proof of insurance and careless driving.

• Contributing to the delinquency of a minor — Tyrone Gowdy, 33, 2500 Old Marion Road. Gowdy is also charged with contempt of court.

• Simple assault on a minor — Lorine Brooks, 44, 3330 Valley St.

• Shoplifting, first offense — Kara M. Gray, 20, 1716 Skyline Road.

The Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department reported the following suspected non-traffic violations between 6 p.m. Saturday and 6 p.m. Sunday.



• Domestic violence — Richard Jackson, 41, address unavailable. Jackson is also charged with trespassing.

• Possession of marijuana — Nickelas S. Wilkerson, 19, address unavailable.

• Driving under the influence, first offense — Eldean M. Boykin, 47, address unavailable.

• Driving under the influence, first offense — Eric J. Fox, 25, address unavailable. Fox is also charged with possession of marijuana.

• DUI, second offense — Tyree Powell, 42, 508 12th St. Powell is also charged with driving with no insurance, driving with a suspended license, disregarding a traffic device, failure to yield to blue lights, driving with an expired tag and driving with one rear tail light.

• Trespassing — Michael Killen, 53, address unavailable. Killen is also charged with malicious mischief.

• DUI, refusal — John D. Campbell, 53, address unavailable. Campbell is also charged with speeding.
