Bye, bye building

The old Brown Printing Company building and Continental Trailways Bus Station were torn down Sunday to open up the view of City Hall, which was built in 1915 and is currently undergoing massive renovations to restore it to its original look. The mayor’s office has plans to place a city park in the area between City Hall, the Threefoot building, and the MSU-Riley Center for the performing arts. The buildings that were torn down Sunday were within the proposed park area.
