• Robbery — Frank Brown, 50, 1917 28th Avenue

• Simple assault — Donavon Evans, 21, 2307 West 4th Street, Hattiesburg

• Contempt of court — Lee Ann Temple, 29, 1522 48th Avenue. Temple is also charged with disturbance of a business and simple assault

•Contempt of court — James Ryan Phillips, 47, 848 Woodland Hills, Road, Philadelphia

The Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department reported the following suspected non-traffic violations between 2 p.m. Monday and 3 p.m. Tuesday:



• Failure to pay justice court — John Brandon Brown, 20, 2016 31st Street

• Possession of marijuana in vehicle — Christopher Brian Miller, 27, 311 Briarwood Road

• Felony bad check — James Edward McGhee, 43, 78 County Road No. 3113, Heidelberg

• Simple assault — Jeri White Horne, 42, 9325 White Kinard Road. Horne is also charged with malicious mischief, vandalism.

• Mississippi Sales Tax Laws — Gregory J. Harrison, 28, 271 Spring Hill Road
